Terms & Conditions - Hotel Archana Residency

1. Check-in Requirements

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in (PAN Card / Passport / Driving License / Aadhaar Card).
A photocopy or digital copy of the ID will be retained by the hotel.
Guests with online bookings must present their booking confirmation (email or message) upon arrival.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Room Tariff

Room tariffs are dynamic and may vary based on occupancy, season, and demand.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

4. Payment Policy

Full payment for the stay must be made prior to or at the time of check-in.
Additional services such as food and laundry must be settled at the time of usage or before check-out.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

5. Bank Transfer / Deposit

Guests may deposit funds directly into the hotel’s bank account.
Bank details will be shared upon request.
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will attract a one-night retention charge.
Cancellations made before 72 hours of the check-in date will not attract any cancellation charges.
No-show bookings will be charged for the entire stay.
Refund processing charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund timelines depend on the payment method and bank processing.
